We’re not an ordinary waterpark. Admission includes access to Tidal Cove Waterpark, along with additional access to the amenities of JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa.

*Please note that cabana rentals are not included in resort day memberships and must be reserved for a separate rate.

Unfortunately, outside coolers, food or drink are not permitted into Tidal Cove. However, there are many dining options inside the park for your enjoyment. For more information please visit our dining options.

Tidal Cove has two restaurants; Surf House Bar & Grill, a market-fresh full-service grill and Freestyle, the park’s quick-serve food venue. Poolside and bottle service is also available from the comfort of your lounge chair or cabana.

Tidal Cove aims to create an enjoyable experience for all. For the safety of our guests, we do have height & weight restrictions on select attractions and restrictions do vary. Please see individual attractions for specific information on height and weight parameters.

Yes, complimentary towels are available to be used while visiting the park.

We do not allow pool toys or personal floaties. Tidal Cove provides all approved floatation devices for our pools and attractions.

Of course! We provide 30-minute lessons throughout the day for $120, per person. Make sure to reserve your time. 

We highly recommend leaving them at home, in your hotel room or rent a cabana which includes a safe for your daily use. Lockers are also available for rent and are a great option for storing your personal belongings while enjoying the waterpark. Subject to availability and rental fees apply.

Due to the capacity of the pool and the limited amount of chairs, we have a forty five minutes return policy. If you do not return to your chairs after forty five minutes, we reserve the right to collect your items and provide the chairs to other guests.

Establish a time and place to meet. If your kids are old enough to be on their own, make sure they check in periodically for sunscreen and drink breaks. If you do get unintentionally separated, alert any staff member.

Swim diapers are required for all children under the age of 3 and all children who are not toilet-trained. Swim diapers are available for purchase from Tidal Cove retail.

Yes to a perfect 84 degrees all year long! 

Tidal Cove complies with all federal ADA regulations in permitting trained service animals to accompany their handler into the park. Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times while in Tidal Cove. Service animals are not permitted in pools or on the slide attractions. Emotional Support Animals are not permitted in Tidal Cove.

Anyone age 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. 

Yes, our emoji-themed Kids’ Cove is ideal for small children. Swim diapers are required for all children who are not toilet-trained. 

Yes, all bags are searched prior to entry.

No drone flying or professional photography via drone is permitted on or Tidal Cove Miami / JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa except for pre-approved instances involving specific events. For the privacy of other guests, no general footage of the resort is permitted. For inquiries, please contact marketingPR@fbdev.com.

Our pricing varies by season, view the most up to date pricing HERE. Pricing is the same for all ages, children three & under are free.

We call our “tickets” resort day memberships since they include a whole lot more than entry to the park. Memberships can be purchased online or at the pool concierge.

For the best discount, purchase your tickets in advance online.

Tidal Cove is a participatory park and therefore, we do not offer a discount for those who choose not to swim. 

You may exit the park and re-enter throughout the day as long as you are wearing your original, unaltered wristband.

Valet day parking is $45. 

Tidal Cove has a no refund policy.

For the safety of our guests, outdoor attractions will be temporarily suspended until severe, inclement weather passes. We do not offer rain checks or refunds.

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and room charges (for guests staying at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa). For your protection, Tidal Cove requires that a valid ID be presented at the time of any debit or credit card transaction. 

Tidal Cove is a family waterpark, please dote appropriate, conservative swimwear only. Swimwear should be lined and may not be transparent at any time. Revealing swimwear, thong or t-back swimwear bottoms will not be permitted. Cutoff jeans, denim clothing, hard metal objects, t-shirts or shoes cannot be worn on the body contact slides. 

Tidal Cove walkways, like any pavement, absorb the sun’s heat. We strongly recommend that you wear some type of secure footwear. If you did not bring proper footwear, you can purchase footwear at our retail store. Footwear will not be allowed on water slides. 

Life jackets are available at Kids' Cove and by the waterslides. 

All of these items and many more may be purchased at our retail shop inside of Tidal Cove. The retail shop accepts cash or credit cards. Changing rooms are available after purchase for your convenience.

Twenty-five luxury cabanas are available to rent daily. Cabana rentals do NOT include admission to Tidal Cove, both are available for purchase online.

Each cabana seats up to ten (10) guests. For private parties or special events of greater than ten, please contact the Lifestyle Sales Team.

Each is a luxurious oasis furnished with all the essentials you need for a perfect day of play, including a flat-screen TV, personal safe for storing your valuables, a mini-fridge stocked with water, sodas and a fresh fruit platter, and personalized cabana service.  

Cabana rentals do NOT include admission to Tidal Cove, both are available for purchase online.

ON-SITE DECORATIONS
Party decorations are permitted within the reserved guest cabana area only. Please note glitter, confetti, paint, markers, or crayons are strictly prohibited. All decorations brought into Tidal Cove must be removed and taken with the guest upon departure, or a $150 cleaning fee will be assessed.

Yes, you cannot rent a cabana without resort day membership or resort guest access. Cabana reservations can be made online.

All of Tidal Cove’s water safety employees are trained in CPR and first aid. The park also has a first aid station manned by an EMT daily.

Tidal Cove is a smoke-free facility. This includes cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, and all vaporizing devices

Guests of JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa enjoy complimentary access to Tidal Cove. Access is included in all rates and packages as part of the resort fee. Entrance to Tidal Cove Waterpark is based on the designated occupancy per room type.
